Warranty Policy

The warranty card provided with your product is valid for 1 year. To claim the warranty, please bring this card along with the product.
If the warranty card is lost, we may require the purchase invoice as proof of purchase. Without these documents, the warranty claim will be void.

Reasons Not Covered Under Warranty:

• Water damage
• Physical damage
• Overcharging or circuit burning due to high voltage
• Tampering: Warranty is void if the product’s safety seal is removed

We will make every effort to return your product within the promised time. However, unforeseen delays may cause the return time to extend.

Additional Notes:

• Batteries in battery-operated products are not covered under warranty
• In case the product is unavailable, the company reserves the right to offer an alternate product with an adjustment of any price difference
